Everything's Ok

for now. The u/s showed plenty of amniotic fluid, a good heartbeat, practise "breathing", but no movement. The tech also had a hard time getting the measurements accurate(head is down so far that she couldn't get a clear shot) and so her weight estimate of 12.2lbs is kind of doubtful for me at this point. So too is the fact that she changed the due date to yesterday(07/09/09) from the original of 07/04/09, given her estimate for weight which is right off the growth chart. Time will tell. So, we ended up being sent to the hospital for a NST, which showed a baby with a good heartbeat and plenty of movement, so we were cleared to head home after 30mins. Also got the scoop on the induction method Dr S wanted to use for Tuesday. It won't be the method of choice given that he said I was 3-4cm already. The ob nurse who administered the NST said that they'd probably just break waters and let things go from there.
