Coutdown to Hamster Day

We're only about 48 hours away from going to select a hamster for the kids. I picked up and assembled the cage last weekend. Just before we go out to pick up the little varmint I'll be getting the final setup done(filling the water bottle, putting the shavings in, the nest, etc). The kids will be going to the Home Depot kids project morning in the a.m., then we'll have some lunch and head out to find the perfect hamster. I'm still checking the Humane Society(they only have females) and Craigs list(nothing so far), and I want to do a little research on locally-owned/operated stores before then.
